• My experience with Adams Family Services was extremely frustrating and extremely disappointing. I would not recommend their services. In short, after I made clear that the move would be involved, AFS sent ONE mover without ANY supplies. No dolly, no bungee cords, nothing. Despite representing that we would be 'taken care of,' we had no choice but to HEAVILY participate in the move, or else it would be physically impossible for our heavier items to be loaded. The mover also broke a dresser, and AFS constantly made excuses for delaying arrival of the UBox (which was scheduled for 5pm Thursday and arrived at 130pm Friday). Unprofessional, untimely, and untruthful. Pay more for someone better.

We understand how stressful moving can be, especially when expectations around staffing, equipment, timing, and item handling are not met. We apologize for the frustration caused by the delayed U Box arrival, the lack of proper moving supplies, and the damage reported to your dresser. That is not the level of service we want associated with Adams Family Services. We are reviewing what happened with this job so we can address the communication, preparation, and scheduling issues that occurred. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and we regret that we did not deliver the smooth, professional experience you expected.
