  • They were very communicative and flexible during my move, I did need to push the time back due to my drive being longer than expected and they were still willing to help. They were quick and showcased good teamwork. One of them whom I can’t remember his name was more professional than the other, very nice. The other one requested I pay him an extra $60 for a quick 5 minute assembly of my bed which I’ve NEVER been asked for by anyone else I’ve used and booked through Uhaul. I was definitely taken back by this.
