    The movers themselves were fantastic — professional, respectful, and worked very hard under pressure. Unfortunately, the coordination and communication from management were poor. Despite confirming my elevator reservation well in advance, the crew didn’t arrive on time, and I only received updates when I reached out. This caused unnecessary stress and complications during the move. I’ve contacted the owner about a fair resolution, but I want to emphasize again that the movers did an excellent job.

    Yozizi Moving Services

    Yozizi was easy to work with and very good with communicating any delays (which always happen with moving). Russell is a packing wizard! He really knows how to maximize the space. Jatorious (aka J) was great and knew how to hustle. They were the calvary that came to my rescue when I needed to get out of a shared space during a sticky situation quickly! I would highly recommend this crew and company to anyone in the Kansas City area!
