• This was an awful experience. They shattered a solid wood dresser when they threw it across the truck--my solid wood dresser looked like a broken glass mirror by the time they were done with it. They also broke a solid metal bar in half after throwing a bedside table across the truck. If they were this careless with solid wood and metal furniture, imagine what would happen to your delicate or valuable stuff. The crew had no idea how to properly load the truck, and I ended up doing the majority of the work while directing them to help when they were willing to do so. The crew tried to put all of the light stuff in first and place the heavy stuff in on top of it. They were totally clueless, and too lazy to care to do it properly. Eventually, I had to do everything myself. I would like a refund, or at least compensation for breaking my dresser and my bedside table. Furthermore, I would like a refund for my time, since I had to basically load the truck myself.
