• Unless you want to be surprised with additional costs during your move and feel pressured to pay before the job is even completed, I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. My experience with Javon was a nightmare more like EXTORTION. The payment situation became extremely uncomfortable, and I felt pressured to pay additional money before the job was completed. What should have been a straightforward moving experience turned into a stressful situation. Be very clear about the total price and payment terms BEFORE the movers start. Get everything in writing and don’t assume the price you were originally quoted is the final amount.. It's NOT.. I'LL NEVER AGAIN!

• I had an excellent experience with MAC Movers from start to finish. Their customer service was outstanding. They kept me informed throughout the process by communicating their schedule and providing timely updates, so I always knew what to expect. When the two movers arrived, they immediately got to work. They were professional, courteous, and treated my belongings with great care and respect. • The move was successful and quick, the young gentlemen were spirited but somewhat novice to moving strategies. Unfortunately there were some scratches to my floor and walls but very minimal. Great team, but could have used better equipment and gear for efficiency and safety.
