  • The customer service for this company was poor. Hired for an unload. Movers damaged (and admitted to doing so) a piece of furniture. Spoke with the owner who said don't worry we will get you taken care of on the call with him prior to giving the Payment Code to the movers. Then that next day the owner refused to reimburse partial credit to help pay for a new piece of furniture or repair. His whole demeanor changed after receiving payment. I'd suggest using a company that cares a bit more about their customers and their belongings. Will never use this company again. Do not recommend. If I could give 0 stars I would.
