Josh and David were amazing! Great communication, prompt and efficient. They took great care with my furniture and ensured all the pieces had felt on the bottom before putting them down on the hardwood floor. Will absolutely call them again!
Our electric fireplace was broken, which the company is helping us file a claim for. This speaks to the communication and service provided by the company. They also did a great job with scheduling, especially since the job did not go as planned (we needed to rent an additional truck, and get extra time to help move). The gentlemen that assisted us were very rude to each other (never to us) which made things a bit backward at times. We simply COULD NOT have moved without their help. We will always be grateful.
