  • This is my 2nd time using Angel Moving Help. The owner's name is Angel. I should have known that the services would be piss poor because the first time around was the same. Angel doesn't contact you about drop-off until the night before, around 9pm. He called me and asked questions about whether the house had stairs, if there were drawers or things that had to be taken down, but didn't confirm the pick-up or delivery address. I asked what window of time I should be available, he was vague. Kept saying I would be the 1st or 2nd drop off and pick up would be around 11AM. How is anyone supposed to schedule their day with no time slot window? The drivers went to the wrong pick up location first, didn't arrive until 2pm and i missed all my morning appointments. The drivers themselves were fine; they were just doing their jobs. Angel needs to be more professional and better organized.
