  • I specifically discussed the way they were stacking my boxes with them. I asked if it was advisable to load them all the way to the back, considering they were my heaviest items. He assured me that the way he stacked them would be fine. However, during my drive from Houston to Atlanta, midway through the journey, I noticed that my items were shifting in the back. Unfortunately, there was nothing I could do about it. When I finally unloaded my items, I discovered that several of them were damaged. It’s possible that the damage could be more extensive once we’ve removed everything. Everything I had questioned them about had essentially happened. Not only that, I have major scratches in a brand new daybed set, my lounge chair is extremely dented as well. I pay a fair price for my items, and since I had gifted a vanity to them, I expect them to be more careful. I am extremely upset about this situation.

    We moved this customer on February 28th. We loaded the truck and she was traveling at least 800 miles out of Texas. I explained you are taking a high risk without the proper protection and straps. She said she understands and we continue to load! A month she leaves this review? We handle all items and customers with care. She's not trying to take accountability for not having the proper protection. We did nothing wrong
