• Overall, extremely dissatisfied with Moving Wright's professionalism, communication, and on-the-job experience. The team had little to no communication prior and had to text and call multiple times to confirm the arrival window. When they arrived, they weren't wearing the proper footwear or attire for a moving job. Lastly, they charged me outside the U-Haul process and had to battle them via text to process a refund. They eventually processed a refund, except it was never delivered to our bank statement because they processed it to the customer and CC. I ended up disputing the charge.

  We are sorry this experience felt frustrating. Communication was maintained throughout the job, and all messages were responded to promptly. The additional charge referenced was related to labor time beyond the original booking. Once the concern was raised, we responded immediately and issued a full refund through Square to the original payment method the same day. Refund timelines are determined by the card issuer, and posting times can vary once a refund is in progress.
