• After seeing all of the positive reviews, I was optimistic about the service I would receive from this company. While the workers were nice, I felt frustrated with their pacing and communication. We ended up needing to extend the move, because they said my stuff would not fit. However, the storage unit was the same size as the truck! So there is no reason that the items should not have fit the first time. I spent several 20-30 min chunks of time waiting for them to arrive at my home and the storage location, which were included in the final amount of time that I paid for. It seems likely that one of these breaks was to get food, which I totally would have understood if it was communicated. Instead, they left the truck unattended and disappeared, only to reappear 30 minutes after I arrived at the location without explanation. When I moved out those movers completed the job in a much more efficient and communicative way and were shocked at my experience with the previous company.

• The movers were very nice and professional and the owner was very communicative however they worked slow and the truck was not packed in the most efficient way resulting in a lot of items needing to be left behind for lack of space. Additionally, the furniture blankets provided were not used to protect the furniture as requested and several pieces were found damaged on arrival.
