Tier 1 company and staff!! I had to change my moving date at the last minute. Jermare not only displayed a great deal of empathy, his professionalism exceeded my expectations. He took care of rescheduling my time and date with ease. He and Andre arrived 15 minutes early, which by my USMC standard is ON TIME, assessed the load as well as the space. Then, he and Andre got straight to handling business. They handled each item with care and ensured I was satisfied with the placement. They were awesome. I would highly recommend to all of my friends and loved ones. Soul Movers exceeded my expectations with their professionalism, care and compassion, and dedication to customer satisfaction. Great job guys!!

Communication to schedule was not great. They were also almost an hour late but didn’t tell us they wouldn’t be on time until after they were already supposed to be there. They did a great job moving though and packed things into our moving truck very well!
