• I would agree that my move was successful. However , they asked me to sign into my account to do something right quick not knowing he was entering his own payment code. He got additional 3 more men without authorization and insisted that I send a tip for all the guys only going to his personal app for all 3 tips. One I did not pay for 4 guys. He did this on his own. I was puzzled about the reason he needed to get into my app for something else only to find out he approved through my payment code. Stated I should have answered my phone and text even though I was struggling to stay awake during my 16 hr travel, including driving there for 8 hours and coming home for another 8 hours without any sleep. I was up for 26 hours with no rest. But I was supposed to answer my phone or called back with a horrible attitude. My moving company in Lubbock was great but not with this crew. They smelt like they had been smoking marjuana. I wasscared to tip on my Cash App after pulling that stunt.

  We understand your concerns and appreciate your feedback. However, the services provided exceeded the original order requirements. The reservation was for 2 helpers and 3 hours of labor. Upon arrival, the crew handled a fully loaded 26-foot box truck and worked through multiple flights of stairs, which significantly increased the labor involved. Our team provided additional manpower and completed the work professionally despite the scope exceeding the original booking details. The services were performed as requested, and the labor charges reflected the actual work completed. We strive to provide quality service for every customer and believe the crew acted professionally throughout the move. We remain willing to discuss any specific concerns regarding the service provided.
