Ronald was the best mover. He showed up on time and he did it all by himself and quick! I’d definitely hire these movers again and most definitely ask for Ronald.

No communication until the day of the move. Then, the communication included a demand for payment upon arrival to the location, rather than upon completion. Apparently, the company had been scammed by a couple of customers in the past 30 days, so they wouldn't do the move without this. Seemed sketchy, but worked out in the end. They did a great job when onsite and did complete the job. Regarding the actual loading of the truck, they were professional, quick and careful. I can recommend them now, since they did good work; but it started off a bit rough with the expectation of advance payment (which UHaul warns against).
