  • Paid for additional mover through the company themselves after they contacted me a guaranteed if I added on additional services it would be a seamless move but only got what originally paid for!! I’m disabled and to just speed up move I had to actually help the movers!! This move cost me countless of hospital bills and still haven’t returned to work!! Items marked fragile broken keepsakes can never get back tv legs broken etc for a move that I was guaranteed to take 4 hours took all day!! I don’t recommend them!! I have to pay additional movers to move boxes that were placed randomly even though rooms were clearly marked. Very unorganized and very unprofessional!!!

    Ok, here we go, let me explain, you have 18 plus steps, and then you wanted the movers to walk 1000 yards to the truck, you only hired 2 movers for a very long stressful job!!!! No other movers came, your daughter pushed y'all boxes into your room, that was not even fare however you put this review on us. No one drove your truck from our side. Then to note you had over 100 boxes and noted 40, this is what I hope Moving Helper helps us with. We may get a complaint every blue moon, but let me tell you, sorry our experience was bad, but it makee us get better and better. I think people literally want there money back after they are completely moved in, is wrong. That was a $700 job for $200. I'm just upset at the fact that you got over on us with all that furniture on the 3rd floor. No one would have done that, no one!! You fussed at the telephone company, u fussed at Uhual, I mean mam I'm sorry but you complained all day to everyone you was doing business with. I wish you the best still

  • I had a disappointing experience with this moving company. The crew showed up two hours late with no call or update, which forced me to reschedule my unloading and pushed my move behind schedule. When I reached out, communication was unclear and unhelpful. I understand delays can happen, but a simple phone call would have made a big difference; customers deserve at least that level of courtesy. During the two hours I was waiting, I moved half my apartment into the U-Haul truck myself. When they finally arrived, the loading was lackluster at best. They did not disassemble my high-top table and only partially disassembled my queen bed, both of which we discussed on the phone a week prior. This was a true case of ‘’you get what you pay for’’ I ignored the negative reviews because I saw some positive ones, but I wish I hadn’t. Save yourself the headache and book a different company.

    Wow really the number we called at first we left you a message, sorry you feel that way because we showed up and moved 95 of your things. Also we charge for bed dissaemble and I didn't even charge you, my grandmother passed away and yes we fell behind but I promise you we moved 3 ppl day and didn't get no complaints. As far as the table disassemble you only paid $100 sir, I say that to say, you only needed loading. However being late is totally my fault and I can take full account ability. Once again my grandmother passed and things took a twist. Out of all my jobs you were the only one to complain. My apologies for being late,we showed up and loaded you up in fast timing as we usually do. Right behind your review is 3 good ones because we all worked together as a team. So you don't feel the same. Also FYI we are a blessing to the community for the most part. Have a great day!!!

  • The schedule move was between 8and 9. The movers called me right before eight said they will be there at 9 and no one showed up till 1124. My son have done a lot of stuff and he helped them move. They were only there from 1124 to 1214 because a lot was done so we could meet our other movers. I think I should be refunded a portion of money.

    Our deepest apologies for being late, as stated our mover was in route but got the bad news about his father, I immediately got my strongest expensive mover on the team to move your things. We moved everything, your son maybe assisted with a item or 2, but no mam we moved all your things super fast and we didn't too. My mover hurt his back because you were 100 percent sure the couch had to go down stairs that didn't even fit!!! I'm sorry but that was not worth $100.00 hurting someones back cost a lot more of money. when we decided to do the right thing and check the elevator and by God it fitted. I'm guessing we should have stayed on your watch and charge you, because the sofa was not brought in at all by the stairs, the movers most definitely used the elevator. Alot of customers have family helping to not go over time. We tried to go super fast for you because we were late, but no I hope all is well today and beat wishes to you and your family.
