  • They were about 2 hours late and didn’t have dolleys so we had to go back to U-Haul and get some. But they got the job done fairly efficiently. Communication wasn’t the best but we are just glad they showed up. Super friendly guys!

  • They were almost an hour late. They for some reason took off the plastic protector off my white sofa which resulted in black marks and then tossed cushion on back of truck with more black marks. I asked why they took off protector and they seem to have an issue with unloading. Sofa will need to be professionally cleaned. I took pictures and so did company.
