Bolt was professional and flexible helping me on his day off. I wish the other guy would be a little faster based on my experience with other movers, but overall I am pleased with this company.

We loaded from the third floor and unloaded to the second floor and the customer kept changing her mind on where everything went because she didn't have enough room for all her stuff . I even told her this should have been a three man job because of so many stains but all she said was that it was taking us too long even after we didn't change for the extra hr. We have never been called slow . We were very exhausted at end of the jod and felt underappreciated.
