  • We tried to give the movers the benefit of the doubt. And as we are unloading our trailer, we feel we absolutely wasted our money. The movers left before checking if our trailer could shut. So we spent an hour trying to redo what they did. As we are unloading they did an awful job maximizing the space and you can tell they just threw things in there. We had moving blankets that they didn’t bother to use to protect our furniture. And because of the poor packing of the trailer, we now have to spend double the money to drive back to finish the move. On top of that, all they really moved was the couches and we had to undo ALL of the boxes they did because we couldn’t shut the trailer. One of the movers asked us for a tip so we tipped $20 cash..as we were walking away the other mover ran up to us asked if that tip was for the both of them. Of course we felt guilty, we tipped another $20. We tipped because we thought they were pleasant and was before we tried shutting the trailer.

  • The communication leading up to and the day of my move was terrible. They didn't reach out to confirm an arrival time and it was less than 24 hours before my move so I reached out to them. They never confirmed their arrival time so I just say around waiting, calling and texted them. Whoever is in charge of organizing where the movers go and when said he couldn't get ahold of the guy who was supposed to come out. Eventually, I got a call saying, we're here, with no heads up. Turns out they sent two different guys to cover for the others. They were very nice and did a good job but I'd never use this company again. Moving is already stressful. No need to be wondering if your movers are going to show up.

    Sorry for the inconvenience, but here at BnG we value communication. I was at your move but yet you said I send two different guy how could that be when I never send a name or picture of the employee that was coming to move you.
