• Booked 2 movers, only 1 showed up. The other was a no show and I was contacted by the owner. He sent another mover that didn't arrive until an hour in of our 2 hour booking time. Unfortunately my partner had to start helping the first mover as to not waste time - we had other movers booked to meet us at our new apartment. The two movers were really professional and we tipped them cash. However, I had a hard time communicating my frustration to the owner. After weeks of back and forth, he refunded me partially for having to help his movers.

• The movers were great! They went above and beyond in helping us with every aspect of unloading and setting up the furniture in the house. I highly recommend them.

• The two guys that helped us were extremely helpful. They got right to work as soon as they arrived and moved us into our new apartment in 2 hours. I would highly recommend them!
