  • Terrible experience from start to finish. The movers were slow, distracted, and unprofessional, constantly on their phones and unfocused. Their incompetence forced us to pay for extra hours. They barely wrapped our belongings and loaded the truck carelessly, cramming items into an overfilled space with no regard for damage. We did not realize the extent of the harm until unloading. Our brand new leather sofa was ripped, our king bed frame was damaged, and a chair was ruined with grease stains they left on it. This crew showed zero care, zero urgency, and zero respect for our property. Absolutely would not recommend.
