• There was ZERO communication from movers. One showed up 20 min early and another showed up 20 min late. We were told he had his daughter’s birthday party to get to so he needed to hurry. They both left almost half an hour early before the hours I had paid for were complete and not because the job was done, they left my husband to finish ALONE. On top of that the way they poorly loaded the truck half of our belongings would not even fit and I’m having to rent another truck and more movers next weekend. The icing on the cake was when we arrived to our new home and u loaded we realized our 75 tv’s screen was busted and is now unusable. They loaded a flat screen TV up against an iron and marble buffet with zero padding or blankets to protect it and they Had plenty available. The entire operation was the most unprofessional thing I’ve ever dealt with, so much we didn’t tip them and we ALWAYS do. The whole experience was a nightmare.

  Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience. After speaking with the crew assigned to your move we received a different account. They advised the heavy items had been completed and that your husband told them the remaining bags would be handled and they were okay to leave. They also mentioned they were provided only two moving straps for the job. We take all concerns seriously and would like the opportunity to better understand what happened and work toward a fair resolution.
