  • The morning of our move, we were told there was a scheduling mix up and they asked if they could come much later in the day instead, which didn’t work for us. They did find another crew to send, which was nice, however the group did not seem particularly experienced. They were super nice and did their best, but were lifting things in a fairly unsafe manner and caused some minor damage to our floors and some of our items. The truck was loaded poorly, causing things to move around a lot as well during our drive. It did not feel like a whole lot of care was taken with our property.
