  • The team lead called to schedule and had good communication. However he wasn’t part of the team who came. One of the guys was 30 minutes late and gave us no notice. Thankfully they didn’t start our hours until he arrived, which I appreciated. One of the two guys was newer and although he worked really hard, he did mess up a corner wall when moving. I wouldn’t use this team again.

  • Brandon was great but the other guy didn’t work half the time, hit a neighbor car then fled the scene because he apparently had a warrant for a DUI. Police showed up and made a not great first impression with the neighbors and left me to do all the heavy lifting.

    This is not true. Our team member got sick and we sent a replacement to replace him. The replacement got there and him and brandon finished the job and collected payment code. I refunded 100$ to customer for the stress.
