I scheduled moving help on 08/04/21 and never heard from them. I called U-Haul all day 08/05/21-08/06/21 to ensure the help would be available and had my contact information. Still nothing. My moving day was 08/07/21 still no word from movers and then I called moving help and stayed on hold 40mins no answer. So I chatted in and found out how to cancel the order. I called the number they had listed for moving men no answer I left messages no response. I will never book this service as long as I live.
