• I hate to leave a bad review because Adam packed our U-boxes really well, but there are some aspects of his business that need improved. He said he would come to our house first thing in the morning but changed it to noon a few days before the date just to show up three hours late. This led the move to take an additional day, so I had to sleep on the floor. While they were loading, his helpers damaged our door stop, trim, wall paint, and put a hole in our wall. When I showed him the damage, he tried to blame it on me and laughed in my face. After the disrespect, he said he would take $20 off the extra charges I owed him for stairs and the piano. I’d like to see anyway fix a hole for $20 when all your stuff is packed up or hiring someone to do it for $20. I’m trying to drive 21 hours and move, not patch, texture, and paint for $20!

  Sir you showed me a dime sized perfect round hole . That we very much are sure that was there . Prior You had items in front of the spot covering it . and you only told us at the end . With attempts to get a discount. I believe if it was a incident I should have been notified immediately. Since I'm the boss I said I would cover it to save the argument that you were making . Also we cannot come until uhual loads your boxes on a trailer. We are dependent on them
