  • Worst experience with movers. They were 4 hours late, scheduled for 3 pm, arrived at 715 pm, with no communication or ETA. They worked about 30 minutes total, throwing my belongings down the stairs and damaging furniture without apology. They took multiple long smoke breaks of 30 to 45 minutes each. At 915 pm, they demanded payment even though most furniture was still in my apartment and they had not finished the job or worked the paid time. When we refused, they said they were tired and wanted to leave but eventually agreed to finish. They still delayed and barely worked, forcing my family and me to move stuff ourselves out of frustration. The owner showed up late, moved the last item, then the crew left abruptly. Truly the worst service ever.
