Keon was rude, I have to call a cop on him. My dresser got damaged, my TV is nonfuntional and router & modern damaged, my coffee mug broken during the move. They left most of the stuff unpacked and I have to hire someone to unpack my boxes.

My crew worked from 11 am to 7 pm on this move. The job was originally estimated at 6 hours and required additional time which was discussed and agreed to beforehand. After completion the customer raised concerns unrelated to the moving service provided. Those items were outside the scope of work. The job itself was completed as agreed.
Family First Movers -
I had to actually initiate contact in order to confirm the job. But they worked fast and efficiently. A little bit of infighting amongst the crew, but ours was a difficult job and they got it done.
