Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
Didn’t answer calls, voicemail was full, told me they would be here at 900am sharp, didn’t show up until 130pm. Wanted me to pay outside the U-Haul app. The owner is unprofessional and a scammer. The movers themselves were great to work with. They did manage to break my blinds on the window though. Have the guys a cash tip and the owner was still trying to get me to pay them for gas money.
They were absolutely wonderful. They were quick to respond and set up movers even though we contacted them that same day. They had the job done quicker than expected and really saved us some super sore backs.
