• Alex loaded a 10' moving van for me. Communication was great! I drove about 431 miles to my destination. I had no issues whatsoever during the drive and when I arrived to unload the movers at my destination mentioned that they were impressed with how the truck was loaded. He was very helpful, careful, and thoughtful.. I could tell he was knowledgeable about how to properly pack a truck to prevent issues. He was very patient with me when I tried to offer suggestions, LOL Word of advice If we stay out of their way and let them do their jobs you'll soon learn they know what they're doing, LOL He paid meticulous attention to important items and the prevention of potential issues at the unloading stage. The job was completed as promised on time. I would highly recommend him and his crew!

• Went well Able to lift medium objects. Safety-conscious some. Needs improve Boys refused to stack items to ceiling when asked multiple times. They disregarded directions. Had I had any other option, I would have invited them to walk home. My only help came when my daughter came to do their job. The truck floor was covered with furniture by 1030, about third full, boys said nothing else could fit. My daughter came and did their job. Due to my daughters work, truck went from third full to 95 percent full. Boys wouldn't listen to directions. Boys did not work until their boss came near 1100 It was clear boys had never loaded a truck. Boys sent to do men’s work, at my expense. Work supervisor should have been sent. Boys most definitely not worth 400 dollars When moving belongings cross country, with cost, anxiety, timing involved, I shouldn't babysit self-centered, weak children with no work ethic.
