Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
This company was very responsive. I received fast responses when I texted them regarding questions before the move and they proactively provided updates on the day of the move. The movers were very professional and quickly unloaded the U-Box. Completely satisfied and would highly recommend.
I booked and paid for 2 hours of moving, but the movers rushed to finish in just 1. As a result, they were not careful with my furniture and caused damage. One mover did not speak English, and the other seemed annoyed with me, the customer. When I pointed out that they were being careless, one of them suddenly started taking photos after everything had already been moved, seemingly to cover themselves even though the damage had already been done.
