  • Good things- 2 of the three guys were super nice! Overall they worked quick and had hard work to do since we were moving on a very hot day! The guys were nice overall and were a big help in getting things to the right rooms in the new place. However, they were not careful with items. Multiple furniture items were dropped, some dropped more than once(dressers, desk, couch, etc.) and every single box labeled ‘FRAGILE, this side up’ was ignored. Fragile boxes were dropped, stacked under heavy boxes, and stacked on the wrong sides. Thankfully we haven’t discovered any broken items since we padded everything well, but we have discovered large scratches on antique furniture items that are not replaceable.
