Office was difficult to communicate with. Booked for afternoon and they initially responded 3pm was earliest start. That would not work for me and offered to simply cancel request and book another party. They came back and suggested 12 30 which I agreed to. Late that morning they reached out and said they would not be there until 1 15. I said I understand how things get delayed but this would cause me a problem. Manager said they would be there by 12 35, which they were, but would not allow them to work 1 minute over 2hr booking. When they did show was a little concerned that 1 of them looked pretty young. But they worked hard, were very professional and got the job done in 1hr 45 min
