Flash Movers
I had two U Boxes scheduled for delivery on Sept 1st, but they didn’t arrive until 8 PM on Sept 2nd. To make matters worse, he got only one box, instead of getting two together and I had to wait over an hour to get the second box. Driver instructed me to remove the locks from my U Box and then aggressively demanded the six-digit code before unloading my belongings. I explained that I would provide the code once the job was completed, consistent with the company’s policy. Instead of following procedure, he became hostile, prevented me from re-locking the box, blocked me from accessing it, and then driven off with all my belongings by the mover, Kevin Marbles. I ended up paying $893 for just movers for their crappy service plus hotel expenses while I waited adding unnecessary stress and financial burden. I still don’t know if everything was returned intact. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had, I will never use U-Haul, Moving Help, or especially Flash Movers again for sure.
