• Unfortunately my experience was not as expected. I’d like to preface this with nothing that Dennis + crew were extremely polite the day of the move and when I initially contacted him regarding my concerns. We had the majority of our items packed, labeled and color coded by room for easy and straight forward loading and unloading, however when our items were unloaded they were all stacked in the garage or living room, few made it to their intended room. Despite furniture disassembly not being a service offered, this was not mentioned prior to our furniture being disassembled, and the pieces were in left different rooms of both houses, hardware was left loose on the floor, dresser drawers left behind and just completely disorganized. Our items left this way added unneeded stress, additionally we had to rent another truck. I have made several attempts to contact Dennis to make this right. Replies come sometimes over a week later or not at all. I will be following up with U-HAUL directly.

• The guys were very nice and hard workers. My couch was just torn but the fit into my apartment was hard to get the couches in. I still would have liked a little bit more care in regards to that as it’s in 3-4 places. Next time I will make sure to purchase some kind of protector. Now I’m going to have to figure out how to repair it.
