The guys upon confirmation of booking had reached out via text message to gain more information about the move. At reach time they provided feedback of tools & accessories we may need. Day of move they arrived on time, very professional & worked very timely completing a huge move in under 4 hours. Thank you again!

The first thing I pointed out was my two bakers racks which were taller than the 10' truck. So they should have put them in first - laying down and they didn't. The result was that they had to be left behind. And once we were at the storage they left no room for the racks to be added later. They did come on a moments notice and I'm grateful for that.
