Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
Mason communicated with me throughout the entire process, and worked around my schedule to send a creww out to help me move. Evan and Mike arrived early and finished early as well. They were very professional, friendly, and helpful. My storage unit was a little too small for all my stuff but thanks to Mike and Evan, it all fit inside the unit. I would absolutely hire them again if needed. Awesome job, guys. Thanks again.
Extremely disappointed with this moving company. They arrived over an hour late with no notice, didn’t introduce themselves, and showed little professionalism. I had to rent a second truck myself and still had to throw away many cherished items. A second opinion confirmed the truck was packed completely wrong. They mixed up clearly labeled boxes meant for two separate locations and left my belongings outside in the rain, likely causing damage. The movers complained the entire time about the amount of furniture, which was unprofessional. They also took pieces off my bed frame without telling me, damaged my wall, and dropped my 75-inch TV. This move was important to me as I was relocating out of state for the first time, and this experience was truly a nightmare. I would never recommend this company. They need better-trained and more respectful movers. I would’ve been better off moving everything myself.
These guys arrived earlier than expected and went above and beyond. Best movers on this platform. Will use them again.
