Helpers were deaf mute. This was not communicated prior to arrival. We had piles organized to be placed in certain areas but were unable to convey this due to communication difficulty. The truck was packed very inefficiently and not very quickly. The truck ran out of room, but things such as the dining room table were placed in the van not broken down and nothing was placed underneath as an example. Workers did not have any tools to disassemble beds They did not use the dolly up or down the stairs or the ramp for the moving van. We were worried as they did not have gloves or adequate protection against the cold. The workers were very nice, this just made for a chaotic and extended timeline for the move. Workers were paid tip in cash prior to leaving.

They were 20 minutes late and left 10 minutes early. They wrapped 4 pieces of furniture in an hour and half... Waste of money and time...
