  • Nice guys and they got the job done. Were proactive about damages in transition. But they kept grumbling or deferring every time they had to take something up or downstairs and mixed up the location of a bunch of the labelled boxes. Bringing shoe covers isn't a must but would also help improve the experience

  • Communication and timeliness was good. However, the movers were unable to open our ubox as it was bolted closed. They had a wrench to remove one bolt, but the other was stuck. The movers then broke a piece of the ubox door to open it. They hauled our things up jin a timely fashion but our kitchen table top had two large gouges in it.
