  Not great with timing or communication on the day of move in. I was very specific about having work until 5 pm and not being able to move in before. They called me and said they were running early and asked if I could adjust for them. Since they said they were already at UHaul store, which was about 10 minutes away, I said I could come to my apartment to let them in, as long as they came immediately. Unfortunately, it took over 45 minutes from that phone call for them to arrive, which required me needing to take time off work. The communication regarding an exact move in time could have been much better. That said, the communication before move in day was pretty good, although I was concerned about exact timing of move in.

  Jake was excellent. He communicated very quickly after the booking and showed up on loading day with two crew members ready to get to work. He even brought supplies in case we needed it. Once the truck was loaded, he also helped us load the car on car-tow for towing behind the Uhaul which was very helpful. I would definitely hire Jake again.
