• COOPER STOLE $377 FROM ME!!! Hired them for 6hrs of moving help. Said they would arrive at 9.30, but no one showed up. Called at 10.30 and they said they would be there in 30 minutes, still nothing. Called again at 11.30 and again was told they would be there in 30 min. By this point I was pretty sure no one was coming so I begin moving myself. At 12.30 they finally showed up, THREE HRS LATE!! They only did 3hours of work because I had already done HALF the job for them. My boyfriend went with them to the unloading location and called Cooper to discuss what had occurred. Cooper said he would give a refund to by boyfriend then called me to get the code saying everything had been squared away. It hadn't. A minute later by boyfriend called me and told me not to give him the code but it was to late. We have repeatedly called and texted. At one point he promised to send a check, but it has been several weeks and no check has arrived. HE IS A IS A LIAR AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!

  We arrived at 1035 completed the job in 5 hours When booking. This eliminated our earning opportunities by saying that you need 6-8 hours but only needed 4 roughly We cancelled other offers to accommodate your request just for you not to need more than 4 hours By the u haul rules we are not obliged to refund especially when u haul gets 17 percent

• All-in-all, the guys did a great job of loading. A few scratches on the piano, but mostly just fine. We already tipped the guys before they left.

• The guys did a great job of loading our furniture. They used moving blankets to protect furniture (maybe could've used a few more, as a couple of pieces were scratched upon arrival). The guys worked steadily, but not too fast, to get the job done. We already tipped the guys before they left.
