  When I met David, he immediately had an attitude that was clear despite the language barrier. During my move, I had to constantly supervise him because he was unwelcoming and not working diligently. I repeatedly reminded him to cover my belongings properly to prevent damage. After completing the initial service, we agreed he’d return later that evening at a 50 percent higher rate. When 7 p.m. came, he texted saying he was waiting for confirmation, then claimed he was 20 minutes away. I left briefly to buy drinks for the crew, and while I was gone, he arrived and texted me. I told him I’d be back in five minutes, but when I returned, he ignored me and tried entering my house without permission. I stopped him and reminded him it was my home. He then showed a translation saying he doesn’t usually work that late and was doing me a favor, even though it was a paid job he agreed to. At that point, I told the crew to leave.
