Would not recommend. Communication was good but they Arrived late which put us behind. Was not prompt nor prepared. A lot of dilly dallying and slow poking took place. One person would come up at a time and move something other would be on the phone majority of the time. They got my sofa extremely dirty and although my TV didn’t break the front screen got scratches. I caught them doing nothing & snacking on chips several times. They tried to drag the move out so they could get more payment. One of the guys was talking smack to the other because we were visibly frustrated with their poor service. The other guy was pretty much cool but very lazy & not attentive. This was a complete nightmare and I will probably never book through Uhaul again for movers. Beware!

Not sure if you left a review for the right company but we moved you 3 weeks ago and none of those things happened on our accord. We do deeply apologize that you have had to deal with this sort of issue
