  • One of the gentleman that showed up was great! Really hard worker, and got the uhaul packed without issue. Though when moving to the unload with a different helper, a bookshelf was placed carelessly and toppled, breaking it. When I spoke with the manager, there were nothing but issues. Though whatever, I will work with the uhaul insurance over the broken bookcase. After waiting a couple of days to cool down from how they treat their customers, I received an unprofessional text from their manager claiming I left a negative review on Google, that I hadnt left. The treatment and accusations are a reflection of their inner workings. Buyer beware, they are unprofessional and rude. Will never use them again and highly recommend finding a different solution. Not what I expected after paying over $900.

    Brandon, as always, we appreciate you for choosing Easy Lift Moving! We apologize for the small bookshelf, as sometimes things can happen working into the dark of night. We understand that in this business you can please or go beyond being perfect for everyone. Booking a load unload for three hours, only to have our guys show up to do your packing before the load unload is a reflection of your inner workings. Needless to say the job took almost Seven hours. As we all could learn something from this, but also growing and becoming more aware in the future.

  • Received a text this morning that the movers are having mechanical issues with the suspension mechanism on their truck and not sure if it can be fixed by the time of my move this morning. My U-boxes have to be moved today and they cannot guarantee that their truck will be fixed today so I have to cancel and scramble at such a short notice to try and find someone else. This cancellation is totally beyond my control. Thank you.
