    Royal Moving Co

    Personnel were not Royal Movers employees and damaged my hardwood floors and my walls. Tried to file a claim and got nothing but the runaround. This company did not offer insurance and when I contacted the so called 'coordinator', I was told I should have gotten the insurance and they only had a contact number. I requested the number via email and received no further communication. I would not recommend this company or personnel to do any moving for anyone. Uhaul should remove them from their list of movers!
