  • We only had to change out a living room set. They did not complete before taking off and they ask me for a tip. They were here 45 minutes out of 2 hours that was paid for. I called to let them know that setup wasn’t complete. They said they would be back and never showed up. They also implied they wanted food and drink while here. Um no. Will not use them again sorry.

  • If I could give 0 stars I would. They arrived late (I paid for 2 hours of help, they provided 1 and a half). Did not bring any moving materials, told me if I really cared about my furniture I wouldn’t buy such heavy stuff, damaged the apartment property, and LEFT MY TOTES IN THE STAIRWELL after they walked out for anyone to steal. This was by far the worst service I have ever received and do NOT recommend. I also cannot get ahold of anyone from this company to put in a formal complaint and no one from U-Haul will help me. I do not recommend U-Haul services either.
