My wood items arrived scratched and some with major chips in the wood. Had more than enough moving blankets for them. Have not unpacked my china items. Told the gentlemen to be careful with the yellow totes and when he took them up in the dolly he did not gently set them down. Be aware. Would be good for moving boxes of clothes.
