Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
They communicated well leading up to the move and also kept me informed the day of. They were able to get to me early. They did a great job. They worked hard and showed great care for my items. They were able to finish the move faster than I anticipated. Would absolutely recommend.
The movers were very quick and efficient with moving everything. They were very patient with me figuring out the building due to it being my first time in the building myself. Communication to ensure that they would arrive as scheduled could have been better as I wasn't sure if they had gotten the reservation or not. Their professionalism could have also been better as there wasn't anything to indicate that they were movers from a company. But overall, great service.
