• These guys were on time, friendly, got the work done in a timely fashion. They packed the truck carefully and fit everything in. EJ was go-to guy. I would recommend this crew!

• Overall horrible experience. Was contacted the night before to be told that they could not help me at the time I needed them to load up a truck. Did most of the work myself for 2 hours & I had 4 items left to load into the truck before the movers showed up. On top of all this, the movers were hired help from Craigslist who knew nothing of this being an appointment scheduled through U-Haul - not faulting the 2 guys because it seems Safekey told them nothing. The movers helped me get the last 4 items loaded, all of about 15 minutes of actual work. Once I provided the payment code to them, they relayed to Safekey and Safkey ditched the movers. How do I know this? The movers - these guys from Craigslist - ended up calling me and my backup to complain about being stranded and not getting paid. Why the heck do random guys from Craigslist have contact info for me and my backup? I never gave it to them. My backup's info was only given to U-Haul where I picked up the truck.

  We agreed to 1130 am the movers got there at 1135 you started the move yourself hours before our agreed time that's why you so called worked for two hours for one. For two the movers got paid and there is proof . Next time you should get proof as well before spreading a lie . You could have canceled the move when we said we wasn't available until 1130 am
