    What I thought would be a quick & relaxing move turned out terrible real quick. The start time was at 1030 & even though there was great communication, the movers pushed back the time due to weather conditions until finally another team was called out and showed up finally at 330. I had told the movers what all was being moved after they were booked & they said they could do the job. I had a brand new fridge that needed moved & I told the movers the doors needed to be taken off but they thought it could go through the back door. The BRAND NEW fridge is now all dented and scratched. Even though it’s on the truck and it was moved, these teams should be qualified enough to move furniture without scratching it or denting it. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case for me. Overall the crew was nice and respectful and got the furniture moved but just disappointed now my fridge is dented and scratched.
