The two workers who unloaded my stuff were great -- they worked hard, treated my belongings with care, and did all that was expected. However, I will never use this company again. My stuff 8 days late, I spent hours upon hours trying to track them down. I spent days at home waiting for them because they said they were coming.

I was advised by a rep that ubox orders are based on flat rates per mileage and per box. This provider is trying to charge for use of their truck and trying to charge per hour, which ubox moving help orders are not per hour moves. I need another provider.
